VIDIA's vision is to be a reliable Czech manufacturer and supplier of quality products. The company's management is aware of the fact that the products supplied must meet strict quality requirements and, in addition, other customer requirements.

To ensure and develop this strategic vision, VIDIA

  • monitors customer needs in the market to meet their needs and expectations in order to achieve customer satisfaction and the satisfaction of other stakeholders;
  • identifies and complies with legal requirements, regulations related to the company's activities, including requirements agreed by customers;
  • strives for sustainable product and service quality and improvement;
  • strives to involve all entities that can influence the final product quality – suppliers, employees, carriers, etc.

To achieve the above objectives, the development of quality management systems will be supported, performance criteria and quality targets will be set annually, risk analysis and post- market monitoring will be carried out. These activities will be further evaluated and, if necessary, reflected in existing production procedures, staff training, etc.

The management of VIDIA recognises that achieving the above objectives will require appropriate management support, including the provision of the necessary resources, appropriate staff motivation and the application of effective control mechanisms, including internal audits.

In order to fulfil the above mentioned principles, a quality management system fully compliant with the requirements of EN ISO 9001:2015 and EN ISO 13485:2003 in the current version is implemented.
