Peptide Synthesis

Our basic offer is the synthesis of the batches from about 10 mg to about 100 mg of the peptide sequence having 2 – 40 amino acids residues, in quoted purity. The carboxy terminus is in the form of acid or amide, other modification can be discussed. Generally, we prefere personal negotiation with each customer, we only quote after reviewing the structure. The peptides are delivered as lyophilisates, the packing sizes of peptides refer to the quantity of peptide lyophilisate in the vial. Our delivery time depends on the quantity, purity and sequence of the peptide.

However, any order would take longer than 8 weeks. The quantity, purity and sequence of the peptide determine the price as well. If your peptide requirement involve the synthesis of several related peptides or repeated delivery, please discuss this with us.

Out of our basic offer it is possible to fulfil special requirements. For instance, we are able to synthesize protected fragments, compounds bearing chromogenic or fluorogenic markers, biotinylated compounds, multiple antigenic peptides (MAP) for immunisation purposes and so on.

Each peptide is supplied with a certificate of analysis which normally contains molecular weight and HPLC peptide purity. Additional analyses (peptide content, amino acid analysis, chiral analysis, moisture content etc) can be performed on request and charged to the customer.

Our products are manufactured for laboratory investigation only. They are not for human use. On receipt of this material, the customer becomes responsible for its use. We do not accept liability for misuse of our products.

We maintain absolute confidentiality. If required, we will sign a secrecy agreement before receiving your peptide structure.
